Welcome PVHS Wildcats!
I'm excited and looking forward to a new school year. This is my 15th year as an educator in PUHSD. 1999 to 2007 I attended California Baptist University achieving my Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and a Master's degree in Education with a focus on teaching. I hold two Califonia credentials, one in Social studies and one in English Language Arts. All three of my children are PVHS alumni Wildcats. I thoroughly enjoy teaching, getting to know students, and supporting them towards achieving their academic and leadership goals. I also enjoy gardening, walking our dog, piano, and traveling to new places.
Wildcats, although Distance Learning is taking place, I look forward to when we can all be back in the classroom. Plan on using Google Meet, Canvas, and MyAP (for AP students) for classroom sources, meetings, discussion boards, and attendance.
Also, Wildcats, make plans to be involved on campus through the Kiwanis Key Club service organization getting involved in the community and on campus, developing leadership skills, making great friends and memories during your time in high school. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Here's to an awesome 2020-2021 school year together.
