Hello I’m Erika Mariaca and I will be teaching Geometry this year. This will be my fourth year teaching in this district, third year at Heritage High School, and although we just went through a very different and difficult school year, I'm beyond excited to be back in the classroom and I'm ready for this school year. Let's go Patriots!!!
I graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and I obtained my Masters in Education and Teaching Credentials in Mathematics from Azusa Pacific University. As a proud product of this district, being an alumna of Perris High School, it is a pleasure to be back to serve my community.
Outside of school, I enjoy cooking, watching TV, and exercising. When it comes to cooking I love to grill and try new recipes whenever possible. Some of my favorite shows include F.R.I.E.N.D.S., Grey’s Anatomy, and The Challenge. I enjoy staying active by running, working out, and playing sports whenever I can, especially soccer. My favorite soccer sporting events include the Euro Cup, Copa America, and, of course, the World Cup. In my spare time I love to go to concerts, visit new places, and go out dancing with my friends.
