My office hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Fridays.

Be sure to check in on infinite campus on both synchronous and asynchronous days.

Late work is accepted, as long as there is a valid reason for missing class and only for the assignments that correlate to the absences. In lieu of the unprecedented times, I allow 6 weeks for students to complete work so there is more than enough time to compete every assignment. I update grades every two days and at a minimum I update grades weekly. The best way to monitor progress is to look on the INFINITE CAMPUS PORTAL.

HELLO FELLOW WILDCAT STUDENTS AND PARENTS,

My name is Terry Walsh. I will be teaching College and Career Foundations 2nd period, Algebra 1, periods 3,4,5, and 6 and Algebra 1 Support, 7th period. I am originally from Seattle, WA. I accepted an Algebra 1 Teaching position at PVHS in 2002. The 2020-2021 school year will be my 19th year teaching at PVHS. I have so many fond memories of all my experiences interacting with students, staff, and parents during the past 19 years of teaching at PVHS. I love the students and community of PVHS and miss interacting with everyone.

I graduated from Whitworth College in Spokane, WA in 1989. I enjoy playing and watching all types of sports and I was fortunate to play on the Men's Basketball team at Whitworth. Throughout the school year I attend as many extra curricular events as possible to support my students in drama, band, sporting events and whatever endeavor they choose.

I am empathetic to all students who have not been able to participate in extra-curricular activities at school since March of last year. This past year has been extremely challenging for our entire nation. I am compassionate and empathetic to the challenges we face as individuals and as families. I will do my best to rise above and assist all my students to meet the academic challenges they will face through distance learning. As we launch this new form of learning there will successes and the unfortunate glitch at times. I am going to do my best to assist the students and parents to have a successful year.
