My name is Gary Miller. I have been teaching at Perris Lake High School for the past 12 years. Currently, I teach Physical Science, Life Science, and ISP Earth Science. I received my degree in Cell and Developmental Biology and completed my teaching credential (Brigham Young University/CSUF). I have a masters degree in Biology (University of Nebraska). I was Perris Lake's and Perris Union High School District Teacher of the Year for 2017-18 school year. I am the Senior Class Advisor and Friday Night Light Advisor at the Lake.
I am a father of three wonderful children Avery (12), Aiden (10), and Reagan (8), and I have been married to my beautiful wife Kelli for 15 years. I love staying active and will play just about any sport but my favorite is soccer. I also love traveling and spent the majority of my summer at the lake or beach surfing. I am looking forward to this new school year and am excited to meet all my new students. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. Thanks!!
