Hello!

My name is Semiya Soliz. I have worked in the public school setting for over ten years. This year I am teaching American Sign Language 1 and American Sign Language 2. Previously, I worked in Special Education under the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program. I received my undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and my Masters in Education with an emphasis on Social Emotional Learning.

Class Materials: Our classes will be using Master ASL textbook and Canvas for all video assignments, vocabulary, tests, and notes.
