Hello and Welcome!

My name is Brandon Jones. This 2020/2021 school year is my third year teaching at Heritage High School and my thirteenth year teaching in the PUHSD district.  Currently, I’m teaching Algebra 1 Restart for period 5. All students will access all class content using their PUHSD student emails for Google Classroom and will need to REGULARLY communicate, participate, turn in assignments promptly, and meet rigorous academic expectations to pass the course successfully.

• Students will be required to take notes on all instructional media in order to be successful.
• In addition, students must complete all homework and spend time studying to ensure they master the content.
• Parents and students are encouraged to monitor grades and progress in Infinite Campus (IC).

I also coach football and track/field for the Heritage Patriots.  I earned my B.S., M.B.A. and M.Ed. degrees all from the University of La Verne before I obtained my Administration Credential from National University.  I am looking forward to working with you all  this year!
