Hello everyone.  My name is Xavier Padilla and I have been in education since 1996.  I graduated from SDSU and I started my career as a teacher, spent a year as an ASB Advisor, and then spent over ten years as a counselor.  Someone in education made a difference in my life and that is the reason why I went into education.  I hope that during my years in education that I, too, will make a difference in student's lives, as it happened to me. Lastly, my motto is KIDS FIRST, no matter what the situation, if it's best for kids, then that is the direction we go.
