Hello, and welcome to the 23-24 School Year at Paloma High School. 

My name is Ms. Debbie Buck.  I have been teaching for 26 years.  I spent 3 years subbing before I became a full-time teacher, I have worked at 2 middle schools, I have worked at 7 High Schools, 5 Districts and I spent 10 years as an Administrator.  I have been an EL Lead at three different schools, ASB Director for 6 years and 2 of my high schools were the Continuation schools for those districts.  I tell you all of this so you know that I have worked in many environments and I will always work hard for my students.  I never give up, not to say I don't get frustrated - but once I go through everything I know to help, I will start at the beginning again and work with my students to achieve success.

Every year has its challenges, but I am excited to work with students in person!  I know you may have questions...If you go to my Google site link I have codes to Remind.com - I have the chat function open and both phone numbers are protected through Remind.  The Chat function allows students and parents to text me.  I respond much more quickly to text as my email notifications are not turned on. (I get too many on any given day)
