My name is Jennifer Durasevic. This will be my 16th year of teaching at Perris High School. I received a Bachelor's degree in English from Michigan State University and a Master of Education with a specialization in best practices from National University. Currently, I teach Advanced English II and AVID 11. 

I am excited to return to the classroom even if only virtually.  It is my goal that we will all learn new ways to use technology as an educational and collaborative tool, and it is my hope that you will commit to giving your absolute best and asking for help whenever you need it. Every new experience is an opportunity to grow, and although learning may be different online, I will be there every step of the way to support you through it all.  

I use Canvas as the main learning management system. You may check the website for daily lessons, contact information, syllabus, and class resources. All classes are also using remind.com. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding your class or your student's class.
